An Absolute Backhand

You know, there is a list of things W has done that has made Conservatives mad. Immigration, his open government checkbook, his insistance on trying to reason with liberals (silly George, liberals can’t be reasoned with), etc., etc. But when he laid this smack down, I really felt proud:
“Some seem to believe we should negotiate with terrorists and radicals, as if some ingenious argument will persuade them they have been wrong all along,” Bush said at Israel’s 60th anniversary celebration in Jerusalem.
“We have heard this foolish delusion before,” Bush said in remarks to Israel’s parliament, the Knesset. “As Nazi tanks crossed into Poland in 1939, an American senator declared: ‘Lord, if only I could have talked to Hitler, all of this might have been avoided.’ We have an obligation to call this what it is — the false comfort of appeasement, which has been repeatedly discredited by history.”
What did the five fingers say to the face?? Slaaaaaaaapppp!!
Thank you, thank you. But seriously, since B. Hussein Obama has repeatedly stated that he would meet with leaders of terrorist supporting countries and has advisors who meet with terrorist supporting dictators, I would say old Barry should take W’s speech to heart. In fact, he should just write it down. But we all know he won’t. He is a liberal democrat, surrender and appeasment are all he knows.
